My Role in this project
As a member of the founding team, I took on the role of Design Lead right at the beginning of the project. This involved organizing internal design sprints, creating a Figma prototype and conducting user testings. I then translated these findings into a high-fidelity prototype and defined the essential components in a detailed design library. I'm currently focusing on the branding of this product.
Design Sprints
Through previous projects and opportunities, I have gained a profound understanding of the Design Sprint methodology. As a result, our team adopted a collaborative approach to conceptualize the flow for every major feature using the Sprint framework.

Prototyping and Testing
After each Sprint, I created a prototype that allowed us to test our concept and approach with our target audience. Through multiple testing iterations, we were able to progressively enhance the prototype.

Design Library
I detailed each component in our Design Guide. This helped create a consistent visual identity for klartext as a brand.

High Fidelity Screens
Utilizing the components from the Design Library, I was able to design high-fidelity screens for the product, which were then implemented by my teammates and developers, Fabian Ehehalt and Tobias Steinel.
